1. Dough mixer

2. Shaper

(4) There are 2 adjustment handles on each roller. The powdered flour is compounded

and extruded into a dough shape.  It can be adjusted to the required thickness according to needs.

3.Boiling machine

(1) Transmission motor 0.75kw.

(2) Heating method:

Electricity type: built-in electric heating tube, the working temperature is about 120 degrees,

a single section has 6 heating tubes, a total of 36, each heating tube is 3kw, total is around 110kw.

Control the heating tube to automatically reach the working temperature through the temperature control table.

Steam type:Steam heating type: built-in steam cooling pipe, five steam box pipes connected in series,

external steam pipe (external steam pipe parts are quoted separately according to the actual pipe fitting requirements)

(4) Temperature measuring device: 1 thermocouple for measuring temperature and sensing temperature.

3.1 Cutting Machine which working together with the boiling machine

(1) Cooling fan: 0.2kw, function: to cool the noodles cooked in the steamer for cutting

(2) Cutting knife: a cutting knife with a width of 360mm. Function: Cut the noodles cooked in the steamer

according to the length requirements, and the length can be adjusted.

(3) Dimensions: 1900*500*1300mm .

4.Fryer

(1) Fryer body: Size: 5500mm*870mm*1200mm

(2) Material: Stainless steel

(3) Combined conveyor belt: the size of the forming box is 110*90*30mm. It can also be customized

according to customer requirements. Instant noodle shape: Square block, round noodle block

(4) Temperature measuring device: 1 temperature measuring point, used to measure the temperature

and sense the actual temperature of the oil temperature.

(5) Electrical control cabinet: built-in inverter, AC contactor, air switch and other electrical components.

(6) Filtration device: double-layer filtration of coarse filter. 3kw circulating filter pump. For filtering

convenient fabric scraps and crumbs from deep fryers.

(7) Heating method:

Electricity type:Built-in electric heating tube, a total of 18, a single 4kw, a total of 72kw.

The working temperature is 180 ° through the temperature control table to control the heating tube

to automatically reach the working temperature.

Steam type: Steam heat exchanger,the heat exchanger needs to be connected to the outside of the

cooking oil using steam (the connection part between the heat exchanger and the boiler steam pipeline

needs to be provided by the customer, and our technical guide for installation)
